Information kept in your browser

MayOnlineTools uses browser local storage for preferences and interface functionality, including your theme, favorites, selected tool or category, and recent tool-history summaries. This information remains in the browser profile on your device and is not sent to a MayOnlineTools database. It may persist after you close the page. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls; clearing it also removes saved preferences and history.

Third-party services

• QR codes: The QR Code Generator sends the entered text or URL and selected image size to QRServer (api.qrserver.com) to create the image. Do not use it with confidential or sensitive content unless you are comfortable sharing that input with the provider.
• Currency rates: The Currency Converter requests EUR-based exchange rates from open.er-api.com. The request retrieves rates; the amount you enter is calculated in your browser and is not included in that rates request.
• Web fonts: The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve font resources.
• Feedback: If you use the feedback form, MayOnlineTools opens a prefilled GitHub issue page. The title and description, active tool, theme, and browser user-agent are included in the request to GitHub. MayOnlineTools does not receive this submission. The issue is published only if you complete GitHub's issue submission flow; GitHub's own privacy terms apply.

Hosting logs

The hosting provider may passively process technical request data, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and user-agent information, in server and security logs when delivering the site. MayOnlineTools does not operate or control those logs. The provider's privacy policy and retention practices govern that processing.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can avoid using features that send content to third parties, clear MayOnlineTools data from your browser, or decline to submit feedback. Depending on your location and the circumstances, data-protection laws may provide rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of personal data. Requests concerning hosting-provider or third-party processing may need to be directed to those providers.

Operator and contact

MayOnlineTools is maintained through the MayOnlineTools GitHub repository. A legal controller name, postal address, and dedicated private privacy contact have not been provided for this page. Those details, along with the hosting provider and its log-retention terms, should be published before relying on this page as a complete GDPR notice. Do not include personal information in a public GitHub issue.
