By accessing or using MayOnlineTools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service purpose
MayOnlineTools provides everyday development, math, conversion, and utility assistance. Most calculations and transformations run client-side in your browser without an additional round trip to a MayOnlineTools application server. “0ms” describes the absence of that server round trip; it is not a promise of zero processing time or latency. Some features rely on third-party services, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Provided as-is
The tools and results are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently checking outputs before relying on them.
No professional advice
Calculator outputs, financial estimates, generated identifiers, hashes, and converted content are general-purpose assistance, not financial, legal, security, or other professional advice. Do not use these tools as the sole basis for safety-critical, regulated, security-sensitive, or consequential decisions. In particular, generated MD5 hashes are not suitable for security purposes, and decoded tokens or user-agent strings are not verified security evidence.
Third-party services and your content
You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring you have the right to use it. Certain features send input to external providers, including the QR generation service; avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information to those features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MayOnlineTools and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law. This page is general information and is not legal advice.
